Bye Summer

Nothing last forever.

Some good things have to end.

Life is indeed transient.

And whatever is left of the good old memories.

They will be cherished forever.

Thank you for a wonderful summer.

So long to summer...I hate to see her go. :-(

Especially if that means I have to shovel snow...

Hi Ruthi, I for one am ready for FALL... It's my favorite season.... WELL--I like Spring alot too... ha

Summer? This was the hottest and driest summer I can remember in years and years ---so I'll be thrilled to see it leave.

Beautiful pictures ---looking toward the end of Summer.

Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

love love your sunflower pics Ruthi, so adorable. i am still hoping for summer to come in our side of the world, but sadly it would be next year :( i felt like we had very short summer here :( sadly except for the few days we had heat wave, we never really warmed up at all, i am hoping for a late summer though, since this is the year where I had spent the least time in water and I really missed it too badly. the last time i spent 2 hours in the water swimming and boogie boarding, i had to heat up myself in front of the oven since i was heavily shivering :(

Beautiful sunflowers, Ruthi! I'm not ready to deal with freezing temperature, and not able to see flowers bloom, but we just have to roll with life..

Ruthi, I love how you took these photos along with such beautiful words!

Sometimes I like the cooler weather, but I will miss the flowers . . . for sure!

I am with betchai, CA had sort of a summer- not really. It came and go, and left us wanting more.
